Privacy Policy
Effective date: 20 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MemoRev ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit memorev.ai (the "Website"), join our waitlist or download our field guide. We keep what we collect to a minimum, and we never sell your personal information.
1. What we collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Your work email address, when you join our waitlist or request our free field guide. Alongside it we record the time of the request, your IP address and your browser's user-agent, which we use to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
- Anything you send us by email, for example questions or feedback.
1.2 Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Website is used. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the links you click, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (derived from your IP address). It uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
- To give you the field guide you asked for.
- To tell you when your early access spot opens, if you joined the waitlist.
- To follow up with you about MemoRev, such as early access and design partner opportunities. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@memorev.ai.
- To understand and improve the Website.
- To keep the Website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We only share personal information with service providers that help us run the Website:
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the Website in Sydney, Australia, and delivers form notifications to our inbox.
- Google, which provides analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase). Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law.
4. Cookies
The analytics described in section 1.2 use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Website will still work if you do.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email address and related details for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.
6. Security
Information is sent to the Website over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with reputable cloud providers. Access is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@memorev.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to your local privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
8. Children
The Website is intended for business users. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
