These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use memorev.ai (the "Website"), including joining our waitlist and downloading our field guide. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website provides information about MemoRev, a sales assistant for field sales teams that is currently in early access. Access to the MemoRev product itself, including as a design partner, will be covered by a separate agreement. These Terms do not grant access to the product.

2. Using the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully. You must not:

• submit false information or someone else's email address without their permission;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
• use automated tools to scrape the Website or submit its forms.

3. Field guide and content

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the field guide, belong to MemoRev or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may download the field guide and share it for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not sell it, modify it or present it as your own.

Content on the Website, including examples, illustrations and figures, is for general information only. Names and companies shown in product examples are fictional.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Website.

5. Third-party services

The Website links to services run by others, such as ParrotNotes.app. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Disclaimer

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MemoRev is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or change the Website at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the Terms last changed. Continuing to use the Website means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
